Security, Gender and resilience training at aiib
Greylake partnered with Inclusion Strategies to design and deliver a program on how Security, Gender, and Stress Management intersect and are incumbent upon our safety at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank in Beijing. We explored how workplace stress affects cognition and our health and wellbeing, how to be safer during travel and at home and, the effects of gender-based violence and gender exclusion on stress and safety. We helped each learner develop a plan to build resiliency skills. In addition to the instructor-led training, we designed and launched e-learning on the topic, which is accessible to their employees 24/7 on-demand.
