diversity, equity and inclusion

Greylake recently partnered with Levi Strauss & Co. to create a monthly micro-learning program to educate and empower their global retail teams about issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion. The micro-lessons are part of a company-wide commitment to social justice, human rights advocacy, and support for diverse talent and ideas among their workforce. 

We also trained Levi's personal security and loss prevention professionals on how to recognize implicit bias when making judgments about who is suspicious and who belongs.  Our Implicit Bias Training for Security Professionals online program explores why we have bias, the effects and consequences, and works through case studies involving physical security officers in situations involving customers and clients. The program encourages self-reflection, analysis and explores ways to disrupt unwanted bias.
